Lichen

Back to real life.

Lichen designs and builds apps, web services, and user-facing digital products. The aim is to help people look up, be more present, and return to the real world around them.

Useful digital products.

Lichen helps shape products, design interfaces, and build the parts people actually use. The aim is simple: make technology clearer, calmer, and more useful.

Lichen focuses on digital products that support attention instead of consuming it, and that help people reconnect with places, movement, and the world outside the screen.

Less planning. More attention to where you are.

Previous work.

Different domains, same standard: clear interfaces, reliable product thinking, and tools that respect the people using them.

Digital product work for railway field operations

Worked with Opan Concept on Gestio to help move the referencing and follow-up of railway field structures away from paper and into a digital product designed for actual operational teams.

What's next.

What comes next is centered on presence, movement, and a lighter use of technology. It is also where the real vision of Lichen begins to take shape.

Mindful travel, soon.

Built around a simple intuition: less screen, more presence.

Still unnamed. Intentionally understated.
